BLOOMSBURG— The Bloomsburg University baseball team had it’s best offensive performance of the season, scoring 32 runs off 37 hits in two-game sweep of Indiana (Pa.) on Saturday Afternoon. The Huskies rolled to a 20-0 victory in game one, while taking game two by a count of 12-10.

On the mound, Grant Kernaghan (Upper Darby/Upper Darby) was dominant, striking out nine in a six hit, complete game shutout.

Mike Austin (Dallastown/Northwest Shoals JC), Kramer and Phillips all drove in runs, followed by a Scott Kacelowicz (Orwigsburg/Blue Mountain/Kutztown Univ.) three-run home run to give the Huskies a 10-4 advantage after three and a half. IUP would rally to bring the game within two, but Bloomsburg added two insurance runs in the sixth inning to secure the victory.
